I have employees here too and I pay $15 an hour for unskilled labor and have paid as high as $75 an hour for programming.
I live in Indo part time and I'm basically an ex-pat who is here temporarily, I work from abroad that means I have to hire from the net- I work with people in India and Eastern EU and pay everyone I work with above market rate for their SKILL LEVEL - not where they live.
Honestly from the looks of the last guy in here slinging mud - Deeg..I wouldnt pay him as much as my Indian designer.
