Bitcoins ARE intrinsically worthless and he explains why but that doesn't mean that Bitcoins are a bad investment or won't last as a legitimate form of currency. They may have no intrinsic value but if people are willing to trade it for goods and services and accept it as money then who gives a crap? The only real issue is for how long. You're taking a huge gamble there.
