I read through some of the reviews. I'm pretty sure that some of the negative comments are from competitors. Silicon Valley has upwards of 200 cannabis dispensaries, and competition can get pretty cutthroat. Despite all that, Elemental Wellness has kept it's cool vibe in my opinion as a longtime satisfied customer.
I've mostly had good experiences with Elemental Wellness, have made friends with several of the staff over my years of going there, and I find that their quality and selection is always great.
On Yelp Elemental scored 4 out of 5, and Weed Maps gives Elemental a 4.2 out of 5 (with 466 reviews):

Elemental Wellness remains my favorite collective, and I belong to more than a dozen, since it's always nice to have options, and good to have more than one place to go if the powers that be start closing dispensaries for whatever reasons.
