1. I stopped mining in 2011 because it became unprofitable. Value of BTC was pretty much the same as the cost of electricity to mine it.

2. Did nothing for 18 months. Sold my 11 BTC earlier this year at $45 each.

If I'd kept going with (1) and not done (2) yet I'd have a hell of a lot more value sitting in my wallet now. Shit happens.
