Ero Advertising and PlugRush worked good for me. Though they are now very strict to new media buyers, I heard a friend say the other day. You can also try geo targeted adnetwork for these countries: Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, Poland, Croatia and Austria. Cheers!
