spend $200-300 in facebook ads promoting the page to the right demographic
it will produce around 5k real likes (10k on a high end )
keep a steady flow of updates to the page
the fans will comment/like pictures...there is a chance it shows up on their news feed so the people they are friends with will now see it...from that point it should grow naturally
