Just your opinion.I know this is seen different by some people depending on the past experiences they had with this kind of things.
I gave money to a lot of ppl i didn't knew and always got them back.It wasn't $400 that's true but it was $50 $100 and smaller amounts.
Maybe the fact that i never got scammed made me think maybe there's someone out there that sees this request as normal.People that got scammed tend to think they will always get scammed and stop trusting people.You don't know how to differentiate between a legit request and a scam.
Do you think i would go to such extends to scam you guys $400?
I know this threads get indexed and everyone who will do a search for my nickname or e-mail will find them.You think i`m gonna shut down the computer and never return to the internet because of $400?
