Anyway, I asked them about this backache proof and they pointed out that humans evolved to reproduce as soon as sexually mature...raise the offspring to the point of self-sufficiency and then most would be dead by 35 (which was actually old age 10,000 years ago.
Modern man has artificially extended the human lifespan way beyond the original intent and that is why the aches and pains of the aging body. Simple as that.
