Toronto has gotten more worldwide publicity for weeks that would have cost billions to generate and nobody is laughing at the city, they are laughing at Rob Ford and the absurdity of the situation.

The only thing embarassing to the city itself is the lack of a procedure/process to remove a mayor from office other than him being dragged off to jail or a mental hospital.
