maybe in your world a "FACT" is the same as a LIE and VD bucks is an all out lying piece of filth.

Normally throwing out baseless lies on GFY doesn't hurt anyone - but in this case VD's lie has probably actually stopped people from donating - which directly hurts people who are in desperate need.

I don't know about you but in my world I tend to like to help the people in my life that have helped me.

VD goes and shoots young girls getting loads blown on thier faces in the Philippines to make those wretched websites - but then tells people NOT TO BOTHER to donate when those same girls may be homeless and thirsty....top GFY asshole in my book.

Thanks for the plug

But man, you gotta realize, just because someone does not believe the charities are doing any good, doesn't mean the models aren't appreciated. Dude, we definitely hope none of the girls were hurt or lost their lives. I myself have a hard time with that, I'd hate to find out that any of the models were affected by the Typhoon and I KNOW for a fact that the person you have a gripe with feels the same way about the models.

Do some research man, the corruption is paramount with charities in the PI. Also, there are widespread complaints already that help is not arriving fast enough to help them. Sure, they need money, and if you think it will help, send money! Seriously. Just be aware that a very very large portion of it will not reach them.

Find Filipino communities in your locale that are banding together to assist loved ones affected back home and ask them where you should donate or how you could help. I'm sure they would love it if you could ship for them or provide them with donations.
