OK, so its not easy at first, cause you need to overcome all the BS that has been built into you, by society, that says its 'wrong', but once you can get past that feeling of shame, and do a good old fashioned 'dirty blurt' into your clothing.. You are good to go !
Its NOT easy to shit yourself for fun, but practise makes perfect, and if not, then its practically perfect fun trying...
