I don't think the cop had a legal reason to tazer the guy. The police do not have the legal right to keep people from their property when their is a fire.

I speak from experience. There was a fire in the area near my parents house. My mother was there gathering things to throw in the back of a truck that could not be replaced. My step father came home from work and was stopped by a road block going to the house. My step dad drove around them (4X4 truck ) and the police gave chase. They stopped at the gate when they saw my mom holding several fire arms. The police ended up giving my step father a ticket and it was thrown out of court because they didn't have the right to stop him.
Fucking cops are always over stepping their authority, just like a lot of elected officials. It's up to the citizens to stand up to them.

I hope they make an example of this cop

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants
think about that
