I don't know shit about that sector but it seems like a loop hole must exist in the law. Like if you are a public figure, and a photo of public figure is made public... then it is public property as well. Something like that... I don't have any clue... would never touch that sector.
I have heard though that barefootsies is a professional in the *celebrity* niche. Maybe his fat ass can comment?
