I called them today and said I was "thinking" of switching to cable and they sent me to the retention department and got my bill lowered to $80 from $129 for 6 month and said I could just call back after the 6 months is up and do it again.

5 minutes - $300. And free starz and encore for 6 months.

I wouldn't have switched to cable anyway, but nice to save some dough.
