Again, I don't see why anyone would carry that much cash on them.
If you are going to buy a used car or motorcycle from a third party, use a certified check or do the transaction at the bank. Going antique shopping or buying stuff for your business - use your debit card or credit card. Loose your credit card or debit card you get a new one. Loose $5k because you loose your wallet and your out $5k.
I just don't see why anyone would carry that kind of cash on them - it's a huge liability.
