Anybody that deals in cash business carries that kind of cash. I know a lot of people that do and none of them are drug dealers.
Let me guess, it's their fault that they are in a cash business and they should get into a less risky business?
It just dawned on me that any business that takes in cash also carries that sort of cash when they are doing cash drops.
