Who in the world carries $5k cash with them?
I had a friend of mine who did just that, and was carrying $5k in cash to buy a motorcycle. He lost it all. Dumb ass. And in the event you are carrying that kind of cash, your story can most likely be confirmed.
I've been pulled over dozens of times and never had an issue. I've never had a negative experience with law enforcement.
