I'm looking for a shopping cart with the following features:

-Support multiple store locations / "Ship to store"
-Support subscriptions (weekly / bi-weekly / monthly etc)
-Support up-sales (with subscriptions as well)
-Put subscriptions on hold / change shipping address
-Support deliveries based on zip codes
-Move unsupported zip code orders to "ship to store" / pickup
-Good integrated CRM
