Hitler died in his bunker. There were hundreds of witnesses in the bunker in the last few days, all of whom place Hilter at the bunker right up until the time of his death. Even if Hitler did decide to leave Berlin on the last moment, it would have been impossible - People did get out, but they didn't get far. The street outside of the bunker was turned into an airstrip during the final days, and Hitler's personal pilot did land there, but he left by air.... Where would he have gone?
The odds of Hilter leaving Berlin and getting to a Submarine and then across the Atlantic to South America undetected is pretty slim.
