Virtual Child Porn was ruled legal by the Supreme Court. PreteenPhotos.com does not have to have anything to do with sex unless you are looking for that. These are just words. The free exchange of ideas through words is one of the foundations of a free society.
In the case of the virtual child porn one, how can you even consider banning a domain that simply has the same words as the Supreme Court used in a ruling where they found in favor of the issue that those very words describe? Should the Supreme Court be allowed to use these words that you want banned? Should teachers, artists, and politicians?
You would be better off arguing that Murder.com, MachineGuns.com, Speeding.com, Bombs.com, Terrorism.com, Pot.com, UnderageSmoking.com, SpittingOnCops.com, PrankPhoneCalls.com, should be banned, at least some of those things are illegal.
Censorship is bad. Punish actual crimes, don't try to be the thought police. They ban words in Iraq and Syria, not in America.
