I'd say if anything...she's certainly gonna paint a target on her back in the neighbourhood.
If it's not a prank and she's actually doing this - her good intentions may be somewhat misguided.
Still...an amusing concept I think.
Be honest - who here hasn't at one time or another made derrogatory comments under our breath about these tubby little butterballs we see on the street.
