They suspect someone in the hospital had the disease and she got it ... but the whole "rights to privacy" is what the hospital fell back on to deny giving her full disclosure. Personally, I'm not seeing any articles that explain where she was at in the hospital, and for how long, prior to delivery for something like that to occur.
