Question though. Is this "work" you guys do and experience you have include web design or just techy crap? I have hired a few times off of a Freelance site that were Indian guys and while they could build techy stuff they couldn't do design with crayolas and an etch-a-sketch if their life depended on it. But one of them sadly did know how to hack my WP thru my FTP login. Still not sure how the hell that works .
