You are nearly as worse as Vendzilla. You've posted up dozens of links, yet not one that says the NSA illegally spied on anyone in the US. After all of this excitement about Snowden, he hasn't showed anyone where the NSA has broken the law. The only one who has broken the law is Snowden.
I don't give a shit about Gitmo. Anyone in Gitmo isn't a US citizen, didn't commit a crime in the US, and shouldn't be protected by the US Constitution. The US military, btw, doesn't operate under the US Constitution or even US law when it is outside of the US. The US Constitution just does't apply in the Middle East.
Stop being a fucking sheep already. Our government is most likely telling us lies. Our government is most likely spying on us. Our government is most likely walking all over the US Constitution. But stop posting up stupid links that all the other sheep tell you to post up that don't prove anything. It's not gonna be the NSA or the CIA or the FBI, or even the NRO; It will be some lamely titled "Studies And Observation Group" that has been sucking down billions in secret funds.
All approved by Congress, who has the lowest approval rating ever.
