I was kinda asking 1 month ago here about something similar,but before i tell you my opinion, do you have any idea about running a server on your own?Commands through the linux terminal and so on i mean...and of course a decent level of security knowledge included.Very difficult to find what you look for pre installed on cheap vps, but is easy to do it by yourself ;)
