It may have also been her first day on the job and she was nervous. I know in my life the first day I started some jobs, even if I knew what I was doing, I was nervous and wasn't fantastic at it.
I wouldn't call her unemployable until she has had a little time on the job to practice it.
If a few weeks have gone by and she still sucks then yeah, she has issues.
