The other way to do it of course is have a directory on your site called campaigns. Then with modrewrite you can still redirect anyone landing to your tour. The ccbill aff link will pass through that as its the target URL once they have set their cookie. So you just land the surfer on
http://yourdomain.com/campaign/1277 etc You can then set this as a goal funnel or similar and use it for tracking on through to the thank you page.
