First off...the things men wore 40 years ago are out of style. If a guy at 60 tried to dress like he did at 20, he would have to find some bell-bottom pants and mens platform shoes.
Plenty of guys who are 60 dress very well and look great.
No, they won't be walking around with their pants pulled down to their knees as the current fashion for a young guy is.
But there are definitely plenty of 60 year old men who dress classy like Christine Brinkley is in that pic.
