After some discussion with Google it seems the term revolves around the term Tranny / Trannies used on various posts and on various sites.

How strict are Google on this? I use the term tranny in a sidebar which is displayed within a sidebar and within a category displayed in the header, do I need to change that word to transsexual to become compliant?
