Check out Hib vaccine rates for Finland and Russia, you'll see that Finland vaccinates 99% of their population against Hib, whereas Russia only vaccinates 18%

The problem is Diabetes Type 1 makes Big Money for Big Pharma, this is of course the most likely reason why the jab is there is the first place, it was never about protecting, just about increasing profits.
