Hello all!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for signing up to try my service. It feels like the entire year has been leading up to launch day, and I'm caught up in a whirlwind of emotion. With the big day fast approaching, I am both
very nervous and very excited.
Some you probably know how nerve-wracking launching a piece of software can be (if you have any advice or words of wisdom, I'm all ears). I'm very invested in the success of ThumBuilder, as I believe it will open the doors to other great tools for affiliates around the world. I look forward to hearing everyone's feedback.
Here is a quick update on where everything is headed
I have two major priorities this week before I'm comfortable launching. Smaller details will be worked through while you're using the beta, so you'll (hopefully) notice some positive changes as time goes on.
I don't want to hold up the release any further, and I was once told "perfect is the enemy of good", so I'm going to leave it to you folks to tell me what it needs. Try to be constructive so I can affect change in the right ways!
The first priority: as promised (namely to
candyflip), the "signature" gallery,
Munich will be available in a responsive format. I'll also be rolling out new galleries on a fairly regular basis, all of which will be responsive ("mobile-first").
The second priority: configuring the proper scaling thresholds for high-demand. In English, if a bunch of you use the program at once, it won't crash due to overload.
Next steps
The work lies with me getting the above-mentioned objectives completed. Immediately thereafter, I'll deploy the beta and start sending individual emails to each of you inviting you to set up your account. You'll have my email and ICQ information so you can reach out for feedback and/or support requests.
I'm really looking forward to it!
Many sincere thanks,
Eric M
P.S. If you haven't already, get on the beta list!
