I have submitted 3 tickets in regards of my new card being printed. All said it was done and ready to be shipped. Now I got notification that new ticket was opened by one of your staff asking me for secondary ID before my card is issued. What is this about? Will you be issuing new card or not? If you continue to **** around I will take my business some other place. Just let me know how to take my money out and we both be done.
