Plus you didn't say when you sent those emails but I'm guessing it was very recently. You posted this today (Sunday), and it is fair to say that perhaps just maybe, the person(s) who could help you with the matter are at home today enjoying the other half of their weekend.
Considering the amount of fraud they probably have to deal with every day, it might be nice of you to cut them some slack and give them time to resolve your situation. You should be very glad if they ask you to re-verify who you are. It's not their fault if they make you go through the verification process again. Instead, its them who is protecting you.
