do you mean "domains" or "website" ??
if you have developed these domains into successful / profitable websites than they are probably worth something based on the monthly profit
otherwise I would not say these names are anything special?
a quick check on other extension tells me those domains are still available at regfee
any domain worth real money is going to be registered across all the major extensions .. .com / .net / .org / .co.uk / dot***
your domains are still available , so most likely they are worthless
