I may be going into a similar situation myself, current partners want to change the shape and direction, I disagree as I built this from the ground up. If they want to buy me out with a decent offer, I'd be all for it and start again.

At least this way you can "start over" and being something new with the experience you've gathered. Personally, I've learned a lot in the last few companies I've started and co-founded, the next will be vastly different from lessons learned in the most current one.
