So, in an effort to keep members happy, I would like to provide them with some free shows throughout the week, say 3-5, 1-2 hours each. I would like to pay them a flat hourly rate and then whatever tips they get on top of it from our members, they keep.
Does anyone out there run a studio who could do something like this? If this experiment goes well I would be looking to increase the shows. Bigger Webcam Performer names would be awesome!
My members are mostly from the US, Girls from the US or Canada to the front of the line.
