Before plugin: 10 hours a week for $250
After plugin: 40 hours a week for $250,000
That's why your work load goes up.

Yes you can use it like that.
You can even export am empty site, add posts, titles, meta information, seo info, etc, then import it all at once back in and it will automatically add everything into wordpress.
So basically you can go have a tan on the beach and work on your sites offline, and once at home you import everything back in!
