I was not able to find your partner program. Are you using it? The link from the LINKS page doesn't work.
So if you're using the partner program - make new updates, make more promo tools, try to find more affilates.
Then you may try to exchange banners with some websites in the same niche (you put their banner in your member area, they put yours also).
Try to encrease traffic n your tour\join page (tubes, cj, tgp, etc)
These are the easiest things you can do.
