The better solution is that at first you and I will chat over Skype or ICQ about what your job is and then we will decide how much work can a person do in 8 hours and we will assign that much work as a daily target for the worker. This target basis work will ensure that you are indeed getting 8 hours of work everyday. This is better than screen recording.
