I've actually lost just over 20 lbs in the past 6 months and am looking quite slim these days. :D
I can afford to feast once in a while.
But the thing of it is, that meal I mentioned wasn't all that fattening. I use very little salt, a small brushing of bacon grease instead of cooking oil, and a small spoonful of butter for the veggies. The turkey breast is lean, no grease or fat was used in the making of the gravy, I used beef broth for that.
The pumpkin pie has some calories, but the frozen yogurt has about half or a 1/3 less than regular ice cream (yet tastes just as good)
Please don't tell me you think people eat like this every day. What do YOU eat on thanksgiving?
