Suburbs = OK
City = Horrible

In the city I live, 5 out of every 100 students who start Kindergarten will go to College. And 1 will graduate.

We like living in the city, so thankfully our kids will go to a Charter School, run by a private company. My oldest is in Kindergarten and is already doing work that her cousin, who is in 2nd grade, is doing.
