You can get charged as a "sex offender" for pissing in public - even in the bushes or behind an alley. Those too are generally plead down.

This is why the plea bargain should be abolished. It has ruined the American justice system, because it's used as a tool not to determine guilt or innocence but to force a conviction. They stack all kinds of charges on top of each other to force people into taking a plea bargain and call that justice.
It's absurd and needs to be done away with same as charging people with 20 things for a single crime in order to get them on something or force a plea. That's not justice.
