Bet you both are right. The customer in question has hired an attorney and claims he did indeed write "none", but never wrote "n****r. The pic below gives a clearer image at the bottom of the receipt, seems odd to me that the same person would write "none" with a lower case "n" and then immediately write "N****r" with an uppercase "N" directly below.
