I'm willing to bet that the State's witnesses are less-than-reputable characters. Credilbility will be an issue. Put that together with why would a millionaire pro ball player risk getting his own hands dirty theory - and maybe you've got a shot at getting off.

Looked liked MLB had a slam-dunk case against Alex Rodriguez, but now it looks like their witnesses are all paid for. He's gonna walk, just like Clemens and Bonds.
