I find it pathetic they can't build a website to handle traffic, it's not rocket science if fucking porn tubes can do it the government should be able to find a contractor to do it correctly. I also like the fact that there are three levels 'gold,silver,bronze' but they dont' tell you what each offers, that's fucking stupid.
