CCBill closed your 2 former accounts, prolly for the same reason i am mentioning here, but i am not ccbill so cant know for sure, the reason why CCBill does not yet close your new account is simple ... its a NEW account, and there are no complaints yet ...
However CCBill Risk Managment / Fraud Section confirmed that you where part of G7
and to answer your question how you can possible cheat when CCBill does the payouts, well its not that complicated either ...
some things you did in the past was biller hopping without telling your affialtes a single word of it, while you still enjoyed the traffic they sent. You went from ccbill to verotel to another one to nats and even on nats where you could select your own billers you never payed anyone.
