People are starting to say Obama should go around the House and sue in the Supreme Court under the 4th section of the 14th Amendment:
"The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law ... shall not be questioned."
Then the right leaning Supreme Court will either have to give Obama the victory or burn the Constitution.
Meanwhile, the Defense Secretary was able to bring about half of those furloughed back to work by loosely interpreting the rules on essential employees.
