40 to 60K? What domain name appraisal service did you use?

Nothing personal, but if that name is worth 40k -- with a 200k forecast in 6 months, then I can probably clean up and retire by selling Classy.(xxx) and HiDef.(xxx)

All kidding aside, I am quite curious as to what valid and/or accredited Appraisal Service you used to get that figure.
