There was a woman on Howard Stern a while back who made her living as a mistress. She had a handful of clients that paid her to spank them or treat them badly or in one case the guy wanted to be dressed up and treated like a baby. She didn't have sex with them, just did the humiliation stuff and made six figures a year. She was telling Howard that she wanted to get out of it because of family pressure, but the money was just too good.
