As I mentioned before, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. As I mentioned on icq, this is an issue we are researching since you (unfortunately) seem to be the only one having this problem. While I cant promise we will fix this to your satisfaction, I promise we are looking at the issue.
That being said, I dont appreciate your threats of taking matters to the boards nor do I take lightly your rudeness to my staff.
